Grows Your Audience: Search engines and podcast directories favor consistent content, boosting your discoverability. The more content to sift through, the more opportunity web crawlers (Not Spiderman) have to pick up your info and disseminate it!
Creates a Habit: Listeners are more likely to tune in if they know when to expect new episodes. It might sound a bit insidious, but you are building a habit for your listeners, every Tuesday at noon, they tune in to listen to your new podcast (or whenever you drop one). Forming a habit in your audience creates that muscle memory, that feeling of missing out if they are not engaged with you. The pull is real! Like that first cup of coffee in the morning.
